The Data Transport Page allows you to view or define settings to be
used in sending and receiving KMMs (Key Management Messages) to and from
the KMF (Key Management Facility).
These Data Transport
settings apply only
to Trunking
ASTRO OTAR (Over-The-Air-Rekeying), which is an IP-based
data application in the radio; Conventional
ASTRO OTAR communicates with the subscriber using the P25 Common Air Interface
(CAI) protocol, and is not IP-based. These selections apply for individual
Secure KMF Profiles.
